Treatment plans are personal. DentaPlan is designed around that from the first line of code.

Every plan gets a long random address, and search engines are told not to index it. Link previews carry no patient name or treatment details.

Choose per plan who can open the link, set an expiry date and switch the link off at any time. Repeated attempts are rate-limited.

Every record belongs to one clinic, and every query is limited to that clinic.

Admins see everything. Consultants see only the plans they created. Prices and settings are admin-only.

Sensitive actions such as publishing, editing and user changes are logged.

Passwords are hashed with Argon2, sessions are short-lived and repeated failed logins lock the account.

Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Tag Manager load only after the patient agrees, and never receive treatment details.

All traffic runs over HTTPS, and the database and uploaded files are backed up every day.

Emails to your team contain the patient’s name and a link into the panel — never the treatment itself.
